Remember Champion spark plugs were a thing? I just had to buy this vintage Champion Racing jacket the other day. It’s made in the USA too.

Just watched the movie Summer School (great one if you haven’t seen it) and Mark Harmon’s character wears a Champion visor. I want a Champion visor. Great cars in it btw. He drives a Falcon convertible and there is a 60's Mustang as well.

Yeah I guess you could say they are still a thing as the company is still in business . They are also sponsoring an IMSA series also I think. I remember when I was a kid in the 80's that they were one of the larger sponsors of a lot of top tier racing.
